Kasabian - Velociraptor

Para dizer a verdade, só gostei de facto do álbum de estreia de 2004. A partir daí o rumo que tomaram não me cativou por aí além. Mas este ano regressam com "Velociraptor" e o seu novo single "Switchblade Smiles" chamou-me a atenção e confesso que gostei. O álbum sai a 19 de Setembro e o video tem créditos de "Charlie Lightening" e "Aitor Throup".
To tell you the truth I only really like their 2004 album debut. After that i lost my interest. But this year they return will a new album release "Velociraptor" and I confess that I like the new single "Switchblade Smiles". The record will be release on September 19TH and video credits are for "Charlie Lightening" and "Aitor Throup".

Fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido por saber que os "hatcham social" vão editar o seu segundo álbum "about girls" lá mais para o final do ano e que entretanto lançam este enigmático mas maravilhoso novo single "Like an animal" a 12 de Setembro.

Não posso nem quero esconder a minha admiração e fascínio pelo universo de "Bradford Cox", dos "Deerhunter" e dos "Atlas Sound", por ser um músico frenetico e por ainda por cima muito criativo, conseguindo manter-me sempre a minha curiosidade sobre o seu trabalho. Isto tudo só para dizer que tem um novo album "Parallax", pelos "Atlas Sound". Para ouvir "Terra Incognita", o primeiro avanço. O álbum sai em Novembro, dia7. (YES!!)
I can't and I won't hide my admiration and fascination for "Bradford Cox", from "Deerhunter" and "Atlas Sound", because of his musical genius, keeps me always curious about what he is doing. "Wired Together" will be release on September 19TH. "The Whip" are back again with their Newwave back from the 80's. I don't know if this is good or bad, even when their 2009's hit-single still playing in my head...listen "Master Of Ceremonies" and judge for yourself.

Other Lives - Tamer Animals

Já está disponível nos Estados Unidos mas só chegará à Europa a 29 de Agosto. "Other Lives" são de Stillwater, Oklahoma (EUA) e têm andado em digressão com "Bon Iver". Pelo que pude constatar, um perfeito complemento. Para ver o video "for 12", filmado no maravilhoso "Death Valley" (EUA).
It's already available in the States but it will only be release o August 29TH. "Other Lives" is a band from Stillwater, Oklahoma (USA) e they have been on tour with "Bon Iver". As far I can tell, that is a perfect match. Watch now the video "for 12", filmed in the marvelous "Death Valley" (USA).
