Não podia começar da melhor forma: "Circadian" abre The Ghost In Daylight, o novo álbum dos Gravenhurst, como quem anuncia uma intimista visita ao mundo de Nick Talbot, o nervo central desta banda. "The prize", podia ser John Grant, em "Queen of Denmark". Aliás, encontro muitas afinidades nas suas obras. O seu fascínio por John Marr e Morrissey, também está presente, como ecos da sua adolescência. O álbum sai já amanhã e pede tempo, atenção e dedicação. Destaco "Fitzrovia", "Carousel", "Islands" "The Ghost Of Saint Paul", para além do fabuloso "The prize", para ver em video a seguir.
It couldn't star any better: "Circadian" opens The Ghost In Daylight, Gravenhurst's new album, as if it was an intimate invitation to Nick Talbot's world, band's front man. "The Prize" could be John Grant in "Queen of Denmark". In fact, I find many resemblances between these two. Nick Talbot´s fascination for John Marr and Morrissey is present here too, as an echo from his teenager time. The album will be release tomorrow and requires time, dedication and full attention. I recommend "Fitzrovia", "Carousel", "Islands" "The Ghost Of Saint Paul" and the fabulous "The prize", to watch below.
