Waxahatchee - “Chapel of Pines”.

Waxahatchee anuncia o lançamento do EP Great Thunder, que sucede ao álbum Out in the Storm, para o dia 07 de Setembro pelo selo Merge e apresenta a primeira canção deste trabalho com o video de “Chapel of Pines”. Acerca do seu novo trabalho, a artista disse: "É uma espécie de uma volta de 180 graus relativamente ao último disco: mais despido, calmo e comigo a tocar sozinha, é um regresso ao meu ponto de partida. Acima de tudo, o EP tem uma vibração reconfortante." 

Waxahatchee returns with the Great Thunder EP, after last year's Out in the Storm due out next september 7 Th via Merge and release her new video for “Chapel of Pines”. “I would say that it is a complete 180 from the last record: super stripped-down, quiet, and with me performing solo, it’s a throwback to how I started,” she writes. “Overall, the EP is a warm, kind of vibey recording.”
