O novo álbum dos The Good, The Bad & The Queen, Merrie Land será lançado no próximo mês Novembro dia 16, pela editora dos próprios Studio 13 label. O disco foi concebido sob a sombra do Brexit. De acordo com a conferencia de imprensa, o disco reflecte uma relutante carta de despedida, uma série de observações e reflexões vividas pelos britânicos em 2018, e um hino ao país de hoje, uma Grã-Bretanha inclusiva, actualmente numa crise Anglo-Saxónica no fim de uma relação, questionando-se o que pode ser salvo. The Good, The Bad & The Queen's new album Merrie Land will be out next month, November 16th, self-released on the band’s new Studio 13 label. The album was written in the shadow of a looming Brexit. According to a press release, the album functions as “a reluctant goodbye letter, a series of observations and reflections on Britishness in 2018″ and a “beautiful and hopeful paean to the Britain of today, an inclusive Britain, currently in an Anglo-Saxostentialist crisis at the end of a relationship, wondering what might be salvaged.” Listen below title track.
